These Terms of Use (collectively the "Terms") set forth the legally binding terms and conditions which are applicable to your use of any of the Applications ("App" or "Apps") from Maria Radkina. In this policy, Maria Radkina may also refer to "We" or "Us".

Please be reminded that the Terms constitute an agreement between you and Us. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully familiarize yourself with the Terms. By installing, accessing or using the Apps you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms and any other documents referred to herein, including without limitation our Privacy Policy, and that you agree to be bound by the Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to accept these Terms and to abide by them and that you have fully read and understood the Terms.

By downloading and using Our Applications you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms of service, do not use the Application. From time to time, we may modify or amend the Terms. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by posting a notice inside the Application and updating the “Last Updated” date above. If you continue to use the App following such a posting, you accept any such change or modification.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and all related trademarks, logos, software and other intellectual property rights are and shall remain our exclusive property. Your right to use the Application and its content is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable and non-transferable. Any copying, republication or redistribution of the Application or any o fits content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any errors in any content or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. Furthermore, we shall not be liable to you for any interception of online communications, software or hardware problems (including, without limitation, viruses, loss of data or compatibility conflicts).

Limitations of the application

Keep the white noise machine as far away from your baby as possible. The closer the machine is to your baby, the more likely it is that it’s going to be too loud. Experts recommend a general rule of keeping the white noise machine at least 7 ft (2.1 m) away from your baby, or further if you can.

Only use white noise when your baby is sleeping. Leaving white noise going 24/7 can actually be detrimental for your baby’s development. It’s important for your baby to hear natural background noise, like people talking, kids playing, and cars honking. Drowning out these sounds can be confusing for your baby, so use white noise to calm your baby sparingly. • Leaving the white noise machine on all night is fine, as long as it’s quite enough and far away from your baby’s crib.

Subscription Information

Our applications offers an auto-renewing subscription to provide you with unlimited access to our products without advertising. Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Changes to this Terms of use

From time to time, we may modify or amend the Terms. If we make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes by posting a notice inside the Application and updating the “Last Updated” date above. If you continue to use the App following such a posting, you accept any such change or modification.
